Frequently Asked Questions
How long do jobs stay live?
Job listings remain active for 30 days from the posting date, or until the closing date you specify, whichever comes first. After the closing date, the job will automatically be marked as closed.
Can I edit my job posting after it's live?
Currently, job postings cannot be edited after they're published. If you need to make changes, please contact our support team. We're working on adding self-service editing in the future.
What happens after the closing date?
After the closing date passes, your job listing will automatically be marked as closed and removed from active listings. The job page will still be accessible but will show a "This job is now closed" message.
Are refunds available?
Refunds are available within 7 days of posting if the job hasn't been activated yet. Once a job is live, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support for assistance.
How do candidates apply?
You can choose to accept applications via an external link (e.g., your own application form) or via email. The application method you select will be displayed on the job listing page.
